Scholar Testimonials

Michael Akande
Class of 2017

CSS has made me into the scholar, professional, and individual that I am today. Since my acceptance into the program I have been blessed with countless opportunities and resources that are directly attributable to my success. As a team leader, seeing how the program has evolved since my freshman year has been eye-opening, and I am glad to have been a part of it. My involvement in the program has only worked to my advantage as I have gone on to apply to be a resident assistant (RA) on campus, and have been offered an internship opportunity for this upcoming summer, again, all as a direct result of my involvement with the CSS program.
